Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The order contains all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
2. There is no damage caused by improper handling, and the product shows normal use.
3. Products related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process.
4. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. Shipping costs for the return will be charged to the customer.
6. The return will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, we will acknowledge the return within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:
1. Send an email to: info@refinedmelbourne.com
2. Include the following in your email:
• Order number
• Reason for the return request
• Photo of the product (if broken or defective)
• Customer’s first name and last name
• Customer’s address
Once we receive this, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the sender’s address. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided that you are a natural person who is entering into a legal transaction for non-commercial purposes.
A. Cancellation Conditions
You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), receives the final item.
As we use a fully automated system, your order is processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot cancel or stop the shipping process once the order is on its way. If the goods are already in transit, please wait to receive them and then initiate a return.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us (Refined Melbourne) via a clear statement (e.g., email) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. Once we receive the goods back, your cancellation is complete. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible until you receive them. Please notify us in advance if you intend to cancel, and return the goods upon receipt.
To ensure a faster return, please send us the shipping confirmation once the return is initiated.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, excluding any delivery costs or additional charges due to non-standard delivery methods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
